How long in advance should we book your services?

Anywhere from 6-18 months, ideally 12 months in advance

Yes , we can come to any venue you choose

How do we book your services?

if we are available we will put your date on hold for 2 weeks

after our meeting if you would like to go ahead we will arrange for a deposit

How do we book a meeting with you?

Do you charge for the initial consultation?

Not at this stage.

Can we book meetings with you after hours or on weekends?

Unfortunately, no. We have set client meeting time slots. Please email to see our availability.

How many meetings should we organise with you?

We recommend 2-3 meetings for each couple choosing our Platinum or Cocktail Package. First 2 meetings are highly recommended while the third one we can do over the phone or in person. Blank Canvas Package requires no in person meetings as everything can be arranged over email.

Do you have a showroom where we can see samples of your work in person?

At this stage no- we can bring samples to you.

Are you able to customise your floral arrangements to suit our colour palette a bit better?

Yes, we can arrange minor customisation

Do you do fresh floral arrangements?

No. We specialise in artificial floral design only, we can refer you to some amazing ladies though.

Do you do seating plans and welcome signs?

Yes, we do. Our welcome signs and seating plans are professionally designed and printed and can be customised to match your wedding stationery. They are a part of your Platinum and Cocktail Package.

Do you do place cards?

Yes we can organise this through our preferred supplier

Do you place our place cards on tables?

Yes our co-ordinator will do this for you

We have a few personal items we would like to have at our wedding, can you assist with setting them up?

If it's a small item or two we will be more than happy to assist free of charge otherwise there will be extra costs involved for DIY set up.

Do you offer on day coordination?

We sure do , ask for more information about our girls

How much experience do you have?

We have been in the wedding industry for 10 years with a lot of weddings under our belt so you can rest assured you are working with a very experienced business.

Do you have people assisting you on the day?

Yes, we do. Our staff numbers will vary depending on the size of the wedding and the package chosen.

Do you accept credit cards

Unfortunately, no. We accept cash or Bank Transfer.

Do you have flexible payment plans?

Yes, we can arrange a payment plan. Payments on most of our packages include two installments, 30% deposit upon booking and the remaining balance due two weeks prior. However, we can be very flexible to suit your needs, please let us know at time of booking.

Is the deposit refundable?

No. Our 30% deposit is not refundable.

How many weddings do you set up per day?

Usually it is only one wedding per day unless on the rare occasion we have a morning wedding/event at the same venue.

Are you able to assist with wet weather back up plans?

Yes. In case of wet weather, after the ceremony has already been set up outdoors there will be an additional fee of $250 to relocate the ceremony set up indoors.

Are there any extra fees involved?

Yes. There is a $250 fee for venues requiring pack up between 12am and 6am. Coogee Beach SLSC is one of these venues for Platinum and Cocktail Packages. Blank Canvas has no extra fees involved.

Do you have SUPPLIERS YOU CAN RECOMMEND?

We certainly do. It’s taken a long time to establish many of our vendor relationships so we take these recommendations seriously. If we need to refer a vendor to any of our clients, we first get a sense of the job brief and budget and we match the vendors best suited to the needs of the client. We do not take kick backs or commissions.
