We recommend 2-3 meetings for each couple choosing our Platinum or Cocktail Package. First 2 meetings are highly recommended while the third one we can do over the phone or in person. Blank Canvas Package requires no in person meetings as everything can be arranged over email.

Yes, we do. Our welcome signs and seating plans are professionally designed and printed and can be customised to match your wedding stationery. They are a part of your Platinum and Cocktail Package.

Yes, we do. Our staff numbers will vary depending on the size of the wedding and the package chosen.
Unfortunately, no. We accept cash or Bank Transfer.
Yes, we can arrange a payment plan. Payments on most of our packages include two installments, 30% deposit upon booking and the remaining balance due two weeks prior. However, we can be very flexible to suit your needs, please let us know at time of booking.
No. Our 30% deposit is not refundable.
Usually it is only one wedding per day unless on the rare occasion we have a morning wedding/event at the same venue.
Yes. In case of wet weather, after the ceremony has already been set up outdoors there will be an additional fee of $250 to relocate the ceremony set up indoors.
Yes. There is a $250 fee for venues requiring pack up between 12am and 6am. Coogee Beach SLSC is one of these venues for Platinum and Cocktail Packages. Blank Canvas has no extra fees involved.

We certainly do. It’s taken a long time to establish many of our vendor relationships so we take these recommendations seriously. If we need to refer a vendor to any of our clients, we first get a sense of the job brief and budget and we match the vendors best suited to the needs of the client. We do not take kick backs or commissions.
